Food, Sex & Confidence is an online event brought to you by nutritionist Aine Coleman, along with sex educator Grace Alice and confidence & life coach Carmel O' Keefe. 

These three women decided to join forces after realising that a lot of their work had overlapping themes - promoting health, happiness, confidence, empowerment and living a life that is truly yours! We can all struggle to put our needs, wants, goals and dreams first in a world that can be so busy, demanding and judgemental. We are told to eat, look and behave in certain ways, which often do not serve us or reflect who we truly are. 

Aine, Grace and Carmel will engage in conversation about nutrition, sexuality and confidence, the barriers that prevent us from having healthy relationships with all three, as well as ways we can nurture these relationships. They will answer lots of your questions and give away some gorgeous prizes from three wonderful sponsors (Nonna Diary, Sew Olly & Natures Alchemy).
